Pickleball Courts in and Around Thomaston, New York:
While there are no pickleball courts within the village of Thomaston itself, you don’t have to go far to find a place to play. Just outside the village limits is Whitney Pond Park, located at 133 Valley Rd, Manhasset, NY 11030, where the tennis courts are lined for pickleball.
If you have a tennis permit, you can also access the newly resurfaced courts at Allenwood Park in Great Neck. Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Permits are required, and pickleball is only permitted on courts #3 and #4. Make sure not to move the pickleball nets from these courts, as playing on courts #1 and #2 is prohibited and may result in a permit revocation.

Indoor Pickleball in Great Neck:
The closest indoor pickleball option is at the Parkwood Recreation Center, which has 3 brand-new air-conditioned indoor pickleball courts. Registration is required, and it’s free for current tennis/pickleball permit holders. Residents without a permit can play for $20 per session.
